Had a hard time deciding between this and a couple other warm-weather scents, but the way the cardamom cuts through the solar sweetness won me over. It lasts a solid six hours on my skin without turning cloying, which is rare for something this rich.
I’ve been testing it out in the heat and the way it settles into this warm, almost salty finish is surprisingly long-lasting for a fruity scent. It’s not cloying at all, which was my biggest worry with something so bright.
I was skeptical about the longevity, but this actually lasts a full workday on my skin with just two sprays. The solar accord is smooth and not cloying, perfect for warm weather.
The opening note is a sharp, almost metallic green that settles into something warmer and earthy—exactly what I wanted for work. Lasted a solid 8 hours on my skin with just two sprays, which is rare for me.
I was actually skeptical about an eau de parfum with solar notes, but this one hits differently—warm, with a slight tang that lasts all day long. The bottle feels solid in my hand, and just one spray in the morning still has me catching whiffs of it after eight hours.
The opening notes are beautifully bright and citrusy, but the dry-down settles into a warmer, woody base that lasts around six hours on my skin. I just wish the projection was a bit stronger for the price.
